1. Service Description
VATCompass is operated by VATIncorporated, Chamber of commerce number 73829811, Netherlands.
VATCompass provides EU VAT compliance screening reports based solely on the information submitted by the user through the intake form.
2. Scope of Service
Upon payment of €219 (one-time fee), you will receive:
A professional PDF VAT compliance report
Delivered by email within 24 hours after completing the intake form
Based exclusively on the information you provide
VATCompass does not verify the accuracy of submitted data.
3. No Legal or Tax Advice
VATCompass provides compliance analysis for informational purposes only.
The service does not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or professional advisory services.
You should consult a qualified tax advisor before implementing any VAT-related decisions.
No client-advisor relationship is created through use of this service.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete information
Reviewing the report carefully
Seeking independent professional advice where necessary
Ensuring your business complies with applicable VAT laws
VATCompass accepts no liability for decisions made based on the report.
5. Payment
All payments are processed securely via a secure third-party payment processor.
Prices are stated in EUR and include applicable taxes.
Payment is due at the time of order.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
6. Refund Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your report for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting contact@vatcompass.com. Refunds are reviewed and granted at our reasonable discretion.
Refund requests made before report generation has begun will be honoured in full without question.
If you do not receive your report within 24 hours of completing the intake form, contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly or issue a full refund.
EU statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All reports are provided for internal business use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish the report without written permission from VATIncorporated.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VATIncorporated’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (€219). VATIncorporated shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Netherlands.
