VATCompass is a service operated by VATIncorporated, registered in the Netherlands at Chamber of commerce number 73829811. Contact: contact@vatcompass.com

2. What Data We Collect

When you use VATCompass, we collect:

Business information provided in the intake form (company name, country of establishment, business type, turnover, EU activities)

Payment information processed securely via Paddle (we do not store card details)

Email address for report delivery

3. Why We Collect It

We use your data solely to:

Process your order Generate your VAT compliance report. Deliver your report by email

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling or any other purpose.

4. Data Retention

All personal and business data is automatically deleted 48 hours after your report has been delivered. We do not retain your data after this period.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

6. Third Parties

We share data only with:

• Paddle — for payment processing (subject to Paddle's own privacy policy)

• Airtable — for secure data storage

• Zapier — for automated report delivery

All third parties are GDPR compliant. No other third parties receive your data.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR you have the right to:

Access your personal data. Request correction or deletion. Object to processing

Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
